The flat part of Aspinwall is such a great place to live!  You can walk out the door to take a stroll through the tree lined residential streets or wander into the business area for a bite to eat.  St. Margaret's Hospital is just a few blocks away.  For more restaurants and some major shopping, the Fox Chapel Water Works is a very short drive along the Allegheny River.  Aspinwall is located along Route 28 not far from the Highland Park Bridge.  Downtown Pittsburgh is about a 15 minute drive away. The building consists of two bedroom apartments and a one bedroom apartment.  The kitchens are equipped with a range, refrigerator, dishwasher and disposer.  There is wall to wall carpeting and central air conditioning in every apartment.  Coin operated laundry equipment is located in the lower level of the building.  Assigned parking is on the lot behind the building.
